Dawson County Health Department
Starting April 1, anyone 18 and older may receive the COVID-19 vaccine. Dawson County Health Department and GMC are offering vaccine clinics on Fridays.
We have set up a self-scheduler for the Moderna vaccine only. Click on the link below to schedule yourself for the Moderna Vaccine. You may also call the Health Department at 377-5213 to be scheduled. This is a 2-dose series and your second dose will be automatically scheduled for you.
Please call the Health Department and get put on a waiting list for the Johnson & Johnson vaccine. We will schedule you as vaccine is available.
The Consumer Complaint Form will allow citizens to report their concerns about businesses and events that have not enacted the directives intended to protect everyone. Concerns submitted through the web site will be reviewed by DPHHS and sent to the appropriate local authority for review and investigation.
